PLU Automatic Admissions Program

 

Snoqualmie Valley School District has partnered with Pacific Lutheran University in the Automatic Admission Partnership.

If you are a senior and have a 3.3 or higher cumulative GPA (For TRS the school will be able to provide a letter verifying you have the equivalent of a 3.3) and have taken Intermediate Algebra, a second year algebra or an agreed upon equivalent course by your senior year, and your parents have signed off on the opt-in process for sharing data, we will let PLU know and they will automatically send you an admission offer via email and mail.

You then get to skip the application process! To move forward in the admissions process, you’ll fill out a simple “Acceptance Form”. For more specifics about the program, please check out their website at PLU Automatic Admission Partnership Info

  • To participate in this program, parents must opt-in to give permission to have specific data shared. If it's during one of the opt-in windows, parent/guardians will log into Skyward Family Access and then go to the Online Forms section to complete the opt-in/opt-out process.

    • Juniors: You will have a couple of opportunities to opt in to the WAGAP/PLU program. Keep an eye out for communication for the window to opt-in option in early Fall and again in January. Once you opt-in during your junior year you do not have to opt-in again for your senior year.

    • Seniors: If you didn't opt-in during your junior year, you will have a chance in the fall of senior year to opt-in.
