Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are sent through Parchment and transmitted electronically to the institution or individual of your choice.  During the school year, on days when school is in session, Parchment orders are processed once daily.  Parchment requests are not processed during school breaks or holidays, but are processed during the summer.  Please call Amy Bush at 425-831-0230 with questions.

Opening an Account:

Current students should check their school email account for an email from Parchment.  It is likely in your Junk Mail.  Follow the instructions below. 

• Click the large green link
• There will be several data points to fill in including choosing a password.
• For a simpler process choose "no" when you are asked to give access to colleges and universities
• If you choose "I DO NOT  waive my right to access" then you will have a free view of your transcript available AFTER one school day has passed and Parchment has been processed.
  • The free view can be accessed by clicking the picture of the transcript on your screen.
  • Free views must be updated by clicking the update button.  The view will not automatically update when there are changes to your transcript (at semester etc.).
