The Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) is administered every spring in math and English language arts to students in grades 3-8, as well as all 10th graders and any 11th and 12th graders who still need to meet a graduation pathway requirement. Students in grades 5, 8 and 11 also take the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WCAS).
This week, we’re joined by Wildcat Idol winner Keely Lanman and Mount Si Choir Teacher, Mrs. Isaacs. Keely talks about her musical journey and what it meant to win this year’s competition, while Mrs. Isaacs shares the magic behind Mount Si’s award-winning choir program.
